Helping companies and individuals through complex national and global enterprise transformation projects has been my corporate specialty for the last 20+ years. I have led leadership teams through enterprise-wide projects related to business transformation, HR and Finance system implementations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Performance Management, Outsourcing and Globalization.

As a Professional Certified Coach (accredited by the International Coach Federation), facilitator and change expert, I have rich corporate experience in financial services, IT, human resources, pharmaceutical and utilities working for organizations including Algonquin Power & Utilities Corporation, AstraZeneca, the City of Toronto and Confederation Life.
