Why do we RESIST mindfulness when it makes such a HUGE difference? Here is a simple 3-minute practice that’s easy to do, will connect you to your inner strength, build your resilience, and help you think clearly.

  1. Set timer for 3 minutes

  2. Sit upright, spine erect

  3. Head straight

  4. Relax your shoulders

  5. Hands on thighs

  6. Eyes closed

  7. For the whole time, continually focus on your buttocks, legs and feet. Feel the heaviness and pull (this grounds you)

  8. Keep breathing in and out through your nose at a slow, relaxed pace.

  9. If thoughts come up, let them go, go back to step 7.

Connect to your inner strength, build resilience, calmly deal with life.
