Great way to prioritize work! I love this explanation of the Eisenhower Matrix.


  1. Urgent and Important: Clear deadlines and consequences for not taking immediate action.

  2. Not Urgent and Important: No set deadline, brings you closer to your goals. Easy to procrastinate on.

  3. Urgent Not Important: Need to be done but don't require your skills. Busy work.

  4. Not Urgent Not Important: Distractions, feel worse after, can be okay in moderation.
