Finding Acceptance with A Challenge

Sometimes we have to face a change we don’t like or that threatens us. It can take up a lot of our energy and mindspace.
These are the stages we go through:

Allow yourself to feel and process these emotions. Seek support from others. It might take us time, but finding a way to accept “what is” frees us. Resisting the change gives it more power over us. Embracing the flow of life and letting “things be” can bring a sense of freedom and peace.
By accepting the things we cannot change and focusing on what we can control, we create space for new experiences. Shifting our focus away from the upset and towards our vision for ourselves puts the focus on our self development and progression.
So if you're feeling stuck, try to accept “what is” and redirect your focus and see where the path takes you."
